This is what happens when you make steaks one night and decide to make blueberry muffins the next morning and you forget to change the oven setting from "BROIL" to "BAKE."

Muffins, charred to a crisp on top and batter spewing volcano-like from within in the first five minutes. We had Eggo waffles for breakfast.
