what's the point?

I am hereby lobbying for the expression, "Well isn't that just a kick in the pants?" to be officially changed to, "Well isn't that just a javelin in the foot?"

Much more expressive don't you think? The elements of pain and surprise invoked by this expression really drive home the point so much better.

Poor lady. Do you think she saw it comming? What was removal like? Did the javelin stick out of the ambulence? Have I nothing better to blog about?

I think she saw it coming, the removal went well and was take out before she went to the hospital. She will end up dating the paramedic that helped her and will have her heart broken. She will go on to petition for the ban of the javelon in all track and field events. Then she will work in californa as a rollerskating waitress at a 50's theme drive thru. She will never read this blog, but I will continue too, you have interesting posts. That's all I have to say.
